A push button is pressed for cycle start and hydraulic operations after which removal of load will transfer the image of indentation to CCD. This image is further digitalized and processed by PC for measurement. The diameter of the image can be measured automatically or manually to give accurate hardness value. Printouts of the results can be taken
Optical device magnification is 24 X with least count of measurement is 0.01 mm
Two models of measurement - Manual and Autoare provided. The Auto mode image will be displayed automatically and it will determine the measurement and hardness of the material
