These hard bearing type machines are suitable for measuring and storing the unbalancing aspect in grams along with the angle for two selected correction planes on digital display. Used for rotors weighing from 0.3 kg up to 300 kg, these machines are offered to our clients with various specifications. The horizontal end driven has two plane machines, a microprocessor based micro controller measuring panel and an additional bed length that can be provided at an extra cost for extra long rotors. This additional bed with gap bed arrangement helps to accommodate bigger diameter rotors. The minimum achievable unbalance is up to 0.5 micron shift in c.g. There are various models available in this category. They are mainly suitable for rotors from 0.5 kg to 10,000 kg. The unbalance indication either by stroboscopic method or photo scanning method sensitivity is up to 0.5 micron and has both computerized and electronic versions available with printer facility and special machines to suit customers’ requirements.
