Our Optical Brinell Hardness Testing Machines are specially designed with a robust, C-type load frame for carrying out the production testing of cast or forged components like leaf springs and cam shafts. Widely used for the measurement of Brinell hardness value, these machines are ideal for foundries and engineering industry for the production line. These machines deliver speedy and automatic operations and are offered to our clients in the following specifications. Its high test speed with less operator fatigue, cycle time except- loading and unloading has 2 seconds per test. Te load stages include 750 kgf and 3000 kgf. It also has a optical measuring equipment with 14 X magnification. All automatic operations except job loading and unloading, push button operation, pushing cycle start and de-clamp buttons. There are computerized models available with in built CCD and suitable advanced software. Apart from this it also has automatic display of hardness on computer monitor. Its accuracy conforms to IS: 2281as per international standards.

Brinell Impression Measurement Systems (BIMS) is used to measure the Brinell impression, which is taken from Brinell hardness tester. These impression measurement systems are provided with special software for calculating Brinell hardness value automatically. Conforming to the standards of IS: 2281, these impression measurement systems can be connected to computer for getting the display of impression on computer.
